Zoning Variance

Requests to rezone a property must fill out an application for request, pay fee schedule listed in application, comply with requests in Ordinance 26D, Section 15, Subsection 3 and then application will be considered by the Village Council at a public hearing held during a council meeting. Decision to be made by a 2/3 majority vote of council. If approved, an amendment will be made to the zoning ordinance.  Please see ORDINANCE 26D.
