Occupational License Application

According to Ordinance 9-99.1 hereby levies an occupational license tax upon each person pursuing and conduction any business, trade, calling, profession, or vocation within the corporate limits of the Village of Elizabeth, subject to license under the Louisiana Constitution and laws of this state. (See LA Revised Statute, Title 47 Revenue and Taxation)

Please print, fill out and return the application to Elizabeth Town Hall along with the fee to receive an Occupational License for your business to operate within the Village of Elizabeth. You may also come by Town Hall for an application.
