Code Compliance

The Village of Elizabeth is responsible for protecting our community's health, safety and welfare through effective enforcement of city codes and ordinances.  Ms. Crystal Hunt is our Code Compliance Officer. 

The goal of the Code Compliance Division is to provide information to all interested parties and to fairly and efficiently enforce the Village of Elizabeth Code and Ordinances. Monitoring properties, zoning regulations and permits, all fall within the purview of this department.
